Hypo-pigmented lesion on wrist, medial aspect of the dorsum of hand and of 3rd, 4th and 5th fingers. Flexion of 4th and 5th proximal interphalangeal joints (ulnar palsy). Opening of a sinus along the dorsal cutaneous branch of the ulnar nerve.
