was to collect a load of

A couple volunteers use cardboard to cover the ground, and the mulch is being prepared to be layered over it.

Around 10:30The mound takes shape and the first stones of the spiral are set.

Around 11:30After about an hour of unloading and shaping the soil and mulch, and one broken wheel barrel handle later, the spiral garden is ready for planting
After only about two hours of work from 12 friendly
volunteers, the transformation is complete…
