Breach Of Licensing Conditions.

• No CCTV/inadequate CCTV

• No proof of age training documents

• No Drugs Prevention Strategies

• Poor handling of drugs storage( no bags,books or safe)

• No personal Licence holders on site

A major boxing event organised for 300 people, alcohol and regulated entertainment offered without any Licence at all

wet pile of soil in the cellar of a Licensed premises

Emerging Issues for Enforcement

• Importuning/touting on the increase• Immigration issues on Takeaways 4 out 5

checked had illegal immigrants employed on the premises.

• Inappropriate entertainment/non compliance with the Strip tease guidelines

• Increased nuisance problems with Stag & Hen Hotels
