to a PDF format and collaborate and communicate the data with other staff members.

Outcomes and lessons learnt
EIS team in now more productive has more time to invest in
improving our GIS and Electoral Systems
Staff members with access to Stratus able to make informative
decisions and access high-quality, interactive maps to gain the
insights they need – whenever and wherever they need
Benefits are qualitative, such as improved collaboration, better
decision making, and more efficient business processes and
inform decisions
Further savings have been realised through the consolidation of
other software licenses that are no longer required

Next steps
Integrate and deploy ECQ GIS to allow the data to be used and
shared within and outside the Commission.
