Day 01: Arrive Delhi
On arrival check-in at hotel.
Proceed for old Delhi tour.
Day 02: Delhi - Amritsar (by train0720/1345 Hrs)
Arrival at Amritsar railway station / Airport and transfer hotel. On arrival check-in at hotel. Afternoon proceed
to Wagah border for flag down ceremony. Evening visit to witness night ceremony at Golden temple. Overnight

Day 04: In Dharamshala
Morning after breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Dharamshala. Visit St. John in the Wilderness,

Day 05 Dharamshala – Manali (240 km / approx 8 hrs drive)
After breakfast check-out of the hotel and be off Manali by road crossing the majestic town of Kullu with coffee
and lunch breaks; you could also enjoy shopping for some local hand woven shawls. What makes the journey
fun filled is the spectacular scenery while traversing through the circuitous roads. On arrival, check-in to the
hotel and spend the rest of the day at your own leisure; Manali is located in the ancient Kullu valley and is
surrounded by towering peaks at an arm's length. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06: In Manali
Morning after breakfast proceed to Visit the 450 years old Hadimba Devi Temple, the oldest temple in Manali,

Day 07 Manali – Rohtang – Kunzum – Kaza (200 km / approx 08 hrs drive)
After breakfast drive towards Kaza over Rohtang and Kunzum pass. Kaza boasts of high mountains with snowy
crowns, crystal clear rivers, streams and barren splendor interspersed with patches of green. Kaza is known for
its colorful festivals and the Sakya Tangyud Monastery. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08: Kaza – Kye – Kibber – Tashijong (3-4 hrs)
Today after breakfast proceeds to Ki monastery which is one of the most famous monasteries in the area. Later
continue towards Kibber which is one of the highest permanently inhabited village of the region. Later travel up
to Tashijong monastery. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at home stay in Kibber.

Day 09: Kibber – Komic – Langza (3-4 hrs)
After breakfast drive / trek to Langza village enroot visit Komic Monastery. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight

Day 10: Langza – Demul – Lalung (3 hrs)

Day 11: Lalung – Dhankar
Today after breakfast drive to visit lalung monastery which has got one of the oldest monasteries of the area.
Later continue drive towards Dhankar located on the top of a cliff. After visiting Dhankar Monastery check inn
home stay. Later visit Dhankar Lake by walk. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at home stay in Dhankar.
Day 12: Dhankar – Mud (Pin Valley) – Tabo (Full day with S/S)
After breakfast travel to Mud in pin valley from where one can trek to parvati and Kullu valley.
Later visit Tabo monastery which has a 1000 years old monastery made of mud. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 13: Tabo – Kalpa (160 km / approx 6 hrs drive)
Kalpa is a small village situated in the Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh. Nestled at an elevation of 2960 m
above sea level, Kalpa was earlier the headquarters of the Kinnaur region. However, it was later replaced by the
city of Reckong Peo. Travellers can see the beautiful Sutlej River flowing down the Great Himalayas and
passing through the rocky surface of Kinnaur. One of the prime attractions of Kalpa is the Kinnaur Kailash
Mountain which is considered to be sacred by the locals of the region. A Shiva Lingam measuring 70 m in height
sits on top of the peak which attracts a large number of devotees and tourists. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 14: Kalpa – Shimla (240 km / approx 8 hrs drive)
Shimla, erstwhile summer capital of British India, is now the capital city of Himachal Pradesh and home to a
UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Kalka-Shimla Railway line. This hill station city is set amidst the
snowcapped Shivalik mountain ranges and offers stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. On arrival, check-in

pass/ snow point excursion to the guests. Excursions to these destinations will be subject to
availability of permitted vehicle at Manali taxi union and extra cost directly to be borne by

No Vehicles are allowed on TUESDAY as the day is marked for maintenance of Rohtang Pass
in Manali hence crossing of Rohtang is not possible on Tuesdays. Roerich Art Gallery/ Naggar
Castel at Manali remain closed on Monday & all Govt. Holidays.
Viceregal Lodge, Shimla State Museum, Gaiety theater, Army museum Shimla remains closed
on Mondays & all Govt. Holidays. Zoo in Kufri also remains closed on Tuesday.

Tibetan School Office is closed on all Saturdays.
In Chandigarh, Le Corbusier center and art gallery remains closed on Mondays and doll
museum remains closed on Sundays. Capital complex remain close on Saturday, Sunday,
local Punjab festival holidays + all national holidays. Rock garden and Sukhna Lake remain
open on all days.
Cost does not include Portage at Hotels/ Railway Station/ Airport. If these are payable by us,
would be charged as extra US $ 3 per person per event.
In case the hotel is located outside the city in Shimla, Manali, Mcleodganj / Dharamshala
extra charges for transportation will be chargeable accordingly.
Vehicle AC facilities will be provided in plain areas only and not in the hills as it adversely
effects the performance of vehicle engines.
In case of arrival at Delhi bus station is cancelled on the same day (Day of arrival), Volvo bus
tickets charges will be applicable before such cancellation announcements.
In case of Pickup at Kullu/Dharamshala/ Chandigarh/Amritsar/Delhi airport, if the flight is
cancelled on the same day (Day of arrival), Vehicle transfer charges will be applicable
because our vehicles report at airport before such cancellation announcements are made by
airlines.
In case of any changes in itinerary or stays on account of natural calamities, flight
cancellation, ill health, road blocks or factors beyond our control, all extra costs will be borne
by clients only.
Suggest you to please inform clients to respect and follow local customs and traditions.
The rate provided does not include any travel insurance, damages, claims etc in case of any
possible occurring and mishappenings.

be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any kind of illness, mishaps,
accidentsor other unavoidable factors during the trip or any adventure sports (River rafting,
paragliding, skiing, high altitude travelling, trekking etc.)

same can be done at your end and in case you need us to provide you with travel insurance,
we can provide you with it at appropriate extra costs.
The booking will be accepted on the understanding that you have read and understood all

category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised

For Foreign Nationals, to travel from Kinnaur to Spiti and Vice - Versa, Inner line permit is
issued for minimum 04 pax. For the same we request you to send 04 passport size photos
along with recent valid passport and visa photocopy of the guests at least 15 days before
commencement of the tour so that we can process the inner line permits at our end.

For issuing of entry permit, the Government asks for personal presence of guests and hence,
request that guests should be in Shimla on a Government working day / office hours. If
permit is not processed on the same day, guests will have to extend stay at a place where
permit has to be issued.
For Kinnaur, Spiti and Manali, Leh sector we will need full advance payments for
accommodation part as most of the hotels are not easily connected to outside world to keep
the services on confirmed basis, we need to pay them full advance payments to ensure
hassle free services.
Spiti & Kinnaur are Trans Himalayan regions and due to unforeseen circumstances like rain,
landslides etc, and the itinerary may have to be changed at last minute. Incase there are any
last minute changes due to operational problems, there are no refunds or compensation
associated with it.
At times due to road blockage or landslide we may to alter the itinerary at the last moment
or the day of journey also. In such a case any extra running of vehicle or expenses incurred
in operating the changed tour, extra cost would have to be paid by the guest.
During a high altitude travel all places would be more than 2500 m high ranging till 5500 m.
Kindly keep your guest informed regarding the same and please request them to come
properly equipped with appropriate clothing / medicine and if possible to get themselves
properly checked by a Qualified Physician before coming on a High Altitude tour or any tour
of this type.
There would be only 04 full paying pax per vehicle and the vehicle might have fifth pax who
would be accompanying escort or local guide. Accompanying escort / guide would not be
provided with an additional vehicle even if the vehicles have 04 full paying pax
It’s recommended for guests to consult his / her doctor and have a thorough medicalm
checkup before commencing on a high altitude trip.
The mentioned drive time may vary in case of traffic jams, road blocks etc.

At times in Kinnaur especially at Mulling, due to landslides the road may remain closed. In
such case we have to use two set of vehicles. One set drops the guest on one end of
Mulling, guest walks over the closed area and second set picks up the guest at other end.
However, the above cost envisages use of only one set of vehicle. Incase two set of vehicles
are used, extra cost would have to be paid.
