• Surveyor / Computer Operator – Can browse & upload control charts at various stages

• Ward Officer – Will verify control charts & can edit control charts at various stages

• Assistant Municipal Commissioner – Printing of control charts for verification, monitoring of his jurisdiction

• Deputy Municipal Commissioner – MIS Reports, monitoring of his jurisdiction

• Municipal Commissioner – MIS Reports, printing of control charts for verification, monitoring of entire E-yadi process.

• In corporations, the area is vast & it is difficult to have control on the staff working at ground level, which is most vulnerable to political interventions.

• Following is the chronology of the staff involved in election process, which can be controlled using this system - • Praganak ( field survey person ward wise)• Supervisor ( for multiple wards)• Computer operator ( may be for data entry)• Ward officer• Assistant municipal commissioner • Deputy municipal commissioner

This system will help the Hon. commissioner to actually enterprise checks up to the ground level staff.

For State Election Commission
