96th to 97th Streets (Don Pedro’s to Subway) Secant Piles and jet grouting for tie-in to existing subway

tunnel at 99th Street (opposite MHC) Traffic decking from 95th to 99th Streets (95%) Shifted traffic to west side of 2nd Avenue north of 97th Street
