NEW VARNA Eurolink Investment Group is the major owner of the land on which New Varna will be built. Its
development is expected to take between 10 and 15 years. Since January 2009 proceedings on the
infrastructure of the area have already commenced.
The land owned by the Group has already been included in the official New General Town Plan for the
Development and Expansion of Varna. New Varna will be built on the south side of the Sea Lake, in the
