National Physical Fitness Award (NAPFA)

• Fitness testing tool that will be taught in the Physical Health and Fitness content

• Learn about the various test items in the NAPFA and how they can be used to measure and evaluate the different components of health and skills related fitness

• All Primary 4 and 6 who do not have medical conditions that impede their participation in PE and NAPFA are required to take the NAPFA test.
