Kluwer Arbitration Kluwer Arbitration is the most comprehensive

database of international commercial arbitration primary and secondary resources.

It contains international and national arbitration conventions, rules, legislation, and decisions, as well as commentary and analysis on those decisions.

Click on Research Databases link in the middle of the screen

Research Databases, click on the letter “K” for Kluwer Arbitration

Kluwer Arbitration Now click on the

linked title of the database “Kluwer Arbitration.”

If you are on-campus, the link should take you directly to the database.

If you are off-campus, you will be prompted for your MySandiegousername and password.

Kluwer Arbitration includes arbitral rules, decisions, and awards from most major trade and investment organizations (NAFTA, ICSID, ICC, CAS, Cairo, etc.). The easiest way to navigate by arbitral institution is to click on Categories, then Rules.

Select an individual book or journal to browse the table of contents or use the advanced search feature to search within these secondary sources.
