• RPA and its contractor will work closely with local representatives throughout the construction period

• Have an ongoing role throughout the works• Ensure you are consulted and kept informed about the works• Arrange open forums with local representatives, local

businesses & residents• Run a 24/7 hotline for queries and complaints• Appoint Community Liaison Officers dedicated to specific

areas• Provide up to date information through meetings and other

communications channels
