Everyone
seems
equally
focused on acquiring a greater volume
of leads and converting more prospects
to sales. But how do some top agents
seem to get remarkably better results
without substantially devoting more
effort? Is there a difference in how they
invest their time, the tools they use and
the dialogue they have perfected? In
this session we will explore what
differentiates the most successful
power agents and teams.
Fortunately some of the best and
brightest have been willing to share
their insights with us over the past
year. Drawn from hundreds of
interviews, team webinars, and
panelist events, we have compiled their
learnings into a concentrated session.
This is a motivational, upbeat educational session
with an emphasis on setting goals correctly,
efficiently managing time and how important
both things are to obtaining success in your
real estate career. This course will give you
the resources to balance your business life
with quality time for family and recreation
while improving your customer service. Some
things you will learn: identify the elements of a
goal and review the steps necessary to set
goals properly, the difference between
setting tasks and completing goals,
time management techniques and
much more.
This is a fast-paced, fun and
enjoyable, yet informative and
educational session, designed
to train, educate and motivate
Realtors to set goals properly,
create focus by having goals,
manage time better and
generate excitement for giving
superior customer service.
