Give it about 5 seconds to be ready to go

DSS / Busy Lamp

One Touch Dial for an extension PLUS extension status and pickup

Direct Page

Calls a phone and puts it on speaker

Annoying in an office setting but allows you to call a classroom and listen

User Speed Call

One touch dial to an outside line

Private version does not display called number on the phone

Awesome for when you don't want a student to see the destination

CDE Speed Call

One Touch Dial for an extension

Personal Presence - "Twinning" (it has “winning” right in the name)

Call rings to desk for half a ring then to cell phone

Call can be transferred to and from cell IN MID CALL

Transfer / Conference

Transfer a call or conference two calls together

Do Not Disturb

Stops internal calls from ringing your phone

Use your cell to take a photo of the settings on a button that you are about to change

i.e. There is no backup
