For Clarification, there were duplicate samples taken, so please do not run those, but it there are samples not on the chain, please run those, if they are not duplicates. Thank you,

I have addressed this with my crew and this should be corrected going forward.

Cc: Bobbi Aloisa; Shannon Wilhelm Subject: RE: Project 127933 Samples received 2/23/17 I apologize here are the chains. From: Deb Lawrie Sent: Thursday, February 23, 2017 8:18 PM To: 'jbusby@triumvirate.com' Cc: 'Bobbi - Phoenixlabs'; 'Shannon' Subject: Project 127933 Samples received 2/23/17 Jamal, We had a couple challenges with the chains that we received today (copies attached). We did not receive samples for DAN B WB 26A and DAN B WB 26B. We received several samples either not on the chain or duplicates to what was listed on the chain. They are listed on the last page. Please let us know if we should go ahead with analysis on the extra samples. None of the times on the chains match the times on the sample bottles. For samples MUC B MB A-D and MUC B WB A-D. All of the metals bottles were labeled with MB and all of the bacteria bottles were labeled WB. We matched the metals bottles to the bacteria bottles by time sampled. Samples taken at 11:56 were labeled as MB and samples taken at 12:00 were labeled WB. Please let me know if you have any questions.
