PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Execution of a deep dive Maintenance Best Practices Assessment and Benchmarking analysis based on comparing data, practices and standards of CERN and comparable laboratories, institutes, research facilities and other similar research or industrial operational systems.
Review of the current state of the DataStream CMMS / Infor EAM application usage at CERN’s facilities to determine the proper approach to improving the quality of available data as well as improving maintenance processes.
