Mothman FactsThe Mothman is a mythical creature that has been said to be a human shaped with moth-like wings and appearance. ● The wingspan is said to be 10 ft and the creature standing at 7 ft● It terrorized the small town of Point Pleasant, West Virginia from 1966 to 1967● Witnesses say that it will fly into the air and hover behind or around you,

slowly closing in on you, then it attacks.

Stories of the MothmanIn November 15, 1966, two young couples from Point Pleasant said that they saw a large, gray, man-like creature that had big, glowing red eyes and ten-foot wings. They said they were driving in area outside of the town called “the TNT area”.

Then after that, sightings of the Mothman grew, and each sighting gave the same description. But one day a tragedy happened, on December 15, 1967, the Silver Bridge of Point Pleasant collapsed. A few days earlier people spotted the Mothman on the bridge, which made people suspect that the Mothman was responsible for the collapse. After the collapse the Mothman was never seen again.
