Extrinsic Motivation Rewards and environmental effects Grade Compliment Certificates To sign homeworks

Motivation is optimum in these conditions :

Students do duties if there is no oppression.

Homeworks should be suitable for students

There should be enough choices

There are some suggestions to

motivate students Teachers shouldn’t compare

students. Homeworks should be suitable

for student’s ages and abilities. To reward students.

Teachers shouldn’t threat students with grade.

Smiling , saying “well done” , touching are important to encourage students.

To give responsibility When teachers start lesson, they

can ask students interesting questions.

To make lessons fun.
