SWLA Center for Health Services is dedicated to collaborating with our community to promote positive, healthy life choices. The SWLA Center for Health Services Health and Wellness Fair is the ideal event to encourage healthy choices and to preserve health through preventive services and educational programs.
Health Fair Highlights:
Free Health Screenings and Free Dental Screenings
Free participation in the annual Healthy Neighborhood Community Walk
“Know your Numbers” recorders will be distributed at the Health Fair. We are encouraging exhibitors to participate in the know your numbers by ensuring that all visitors to their booth have participated in any of the “Know your Numbers screen-ings.
Immunizations will be available on a provided the child is with a parent and has current immunizations records
Free back packs and school supplies on a first come first serve basis at all SWLA sites
Refreshments - Light refreshments will be provided that support the overall goal of promoting maintaining and encouraging healthy active life styles
Family fun in a healthy and exciting environment.
