5+ “Eyes That Last I Saw In Tears”

The poem “Eyes that last I saw in tears” by T.S. Eliot is about death. This poem talks about a person seeing someone else die. “At the door of death’s other kingdom (11).” This quote is important because it has a good personification. This quote is also important in the poem because the quote talks about death and how you can just die in an instant, the poem is excellent and something other people will want to read because it talks about something natural that eventually everybody will go through that. So, the poem explores death and loosing people in a blink of an eye.
