• MEA will help us multiply resources

• MEA will build the capacity in our area to allow our LA’s to be more effective in reducing carbon the the community

• LAEP will direct its annual fees via MEA for the next two years.

• MEA will provide LAEPs administrative function

• After two years MEA will provide these functions for free, and a lot more…..
