A group of syllables added at the beginning of a word to change the original word’s meaning is called a prefix.
In other words ; they change the meaning of the word in a contrast way. They give the opposite meaning to the original words.
Kelimelerin önüne gelerek anlamlarını değişime uğratan bir grup hecelere prefix yani ön ek denir. Geldikleri kelimenin anlmalarını tam tersi şeklinde değiştirirler.
Diğer bir deyişle asıl kelimeye tam tersi, zıt bir anlam kazandırırlar. Türkçeden örnek verecek olursan; Müsait Na-musait gibi.
