BAND of BROTHERS - Shindigs This is the dsc men’s group. We strategically gather three times a year en masse to build fraternity, receive instruction, be inspired, and possibly ingest food. NEXT301 – SIGNED-UP: MembershipNEXT301 is an afternoon seminar that will immerse you into the vision and strategy of Desert Springs Church. This enables believers who have been attending the Church for three months to evaluate their own commitment before becoming an official member. NEXT401 – SERVING: Builders of the ChurchNEXT401 is training is designed to train and equip every member of dsc in the fundamental skills and philosophy of Christian ministry. NEXT401 will inspire and motivate every believer to move from observation to participation. The goal is to mobilize every member into the work of the ministry of the local church by helping them understand what it means to serve, how to work as a team, where we receive our authority for ministry, the importance of being commissioned to serve and discovering what your spiritual gifts are and how to use them in the church. The coursework is covered over six classes/sessions.

NEXT501 – STRATEGIC: LeadershipNEXT501 training is for those members who are ready to begin discipling others and fulfilling the great commission of Christ. Focusing on intercession, leadership and people skills, this training offers high level training for those who want to help lead the church through small groups and other ministries. This course will enable and empower mature believers to operate under the authority of Christ and the Church in winning souls and making disciples.
