Neptune is the 8th planet from the sun in the solar system. It´s the farthest.
Distance from the sun:
It´s rotates on its axis in 16 hours and 11 minutes. It takes 164 years and 69 months to orbit the sun.
Size and Rotation:
Neptune has thirteen moons and six rings. Its made of gas. Scientists believe the atmosphere of Neptune is made of hydrogen,helium,silicates and water. Some of the clouds are made of frozen methane, giving its blue color. Triton is Neptune´s largest moon and orbits the planet in an opposite direction to Neptunes other moons.
