Wide Area Work Flow: Invoicing, Receipt,

Acceptance, and Property Transfer

What is WAWF/iRAPT?– A DoD Web based application for submitting invoices.

The system is mandatory per DFAR clause 252.232‐7003.

How does it work?– No special hardware is required - web based.

– Must register as a VENDOR for login and password.

– Take on‐line training. Submit invoices.

Who to call if you have a problem?– Contact WAWF customer support for all technical

problems. (e.g., Access to system/password lockout) at 1‐866‐618‐5988 or via email at disa.ogden.esd.mbx.cscassig@mail.mil.
