Goals The main objective of this course is to examine and to evaluate the selected Sufi texts.
Learning Outcomes
1)List the main sources and literatures related to the Sufi thought and culture and tell the purpose of written and their stylies.
2) Restate the subjects of classical Sufi texts and explain it.
3) Interpret and illustrate the Sufi texts.
4) Compare the subjects and the consepts which take place in the Sufi texts and debate them.
5) Composing the Sufi approaches to the subjects and the consepts, reach the genaralizations and arrenge them according to different perspectives.
6) Evaluate the elements of Sufi texts.

The aim of this course define the concept of Islamic law and introduce students history and literature of Islamic jurisprudence, and sources of Islamic law, and acknowledge the ways of istinbat and concept of ijtihad and meanwhile make gain the methodological approach and perspective

1) Recognizes and be able to explain the basic concepts and terms of Islamic jurisprudence
2) Relate the Islamic legal theory to other disciplines.
