DESCRIPTION

Abstract: "Okay team, let's do some Scrum, I will count to three and then you will collaborate and be self organized! One....two..." Asking a team to be self-organised can be confusing and difficult. It's not natural, it's not easy and if you have ever lived in a command-and-control environment, it is certainly a paradigm change. What if we could teach and practice ‘Self-Organisation’ playing one game that implies communication, movement...and chairs? Let's have fun together discovering the importance of Trust in an Agile team. "...Three !"

Ok, guys… You need to be self-organized!

The Facilitators Team!

Objectives: 1. Work as a self-organised team 2. Prevent the facilitator to sit on the

empty chair for 60 seconds 3. Loop: Try then debrief Rules: 1.  You cannot touch the facilitator 2.  Once you stand-up, you have to

sit on another chair 3.  You cannot move the chairs

4.  As many attempts as you want
