As cold weather approaches,
please make sure your students
are wearing coats, hats and
gloves. Please write names on
outerwear. Also, please make
arrangements to meet your child
outside at the end of the day.
Meet at the Central sign, a
certain tree, bench or corner,
this will help with congestion
near the doors.
This is taken from the Facebook page.
Project One Love was created to show love and support to not
only David “DJ” Martin but his fellow brothers and sisters in
arms who are currently serving the United States Army in
Afghanistan. DJ is a Corunna HS graduate. This Project
“One Love” was to share pictures of him and other people in
the military. We wanted to have pictures from outsiders who
have soldiers to post them and share them with this
community.
Once DJ found out what we were doing he instantly wanted to
make this about helping deployed soldiers get the love and
prayers that he has gotten from his family and friends. He
shared that there are other soldiers who are not as fortunate.
He has shared other soldiers names that could use our support.
Central School via Our Student Council has adopted 2 of
these soldiers. They are collecting money through Nov. 26th.
Please consider donating.
Mr. Raffaelli has filled the tank and turned on the chiller and has added 250 salmon
eggs into the tank. The 4th graders are hatching salmon eggs, caring for the young
salmon and eventually will return them to their natural habitat. This week we have 2
babies! Check out our live fish cam @ http:fishcam.owosso.k12.mi.us/
We will continue to follow this story. Stay tuned for more……….
Our bin is bare! Please consider donating a
new unwrapped toy for a child
in need this holiday season!
All toys are distributed in the
Owosso area.
The bin is just outside the
office.
