NOTE 1: The transfer of the 1 officer to Nagpur Station is being recommended on the ground that his child is entering Class X" at Nagpur in FY 2020-21. Therefore, the officer is liable to be posted back to his respective Outstation post in AGT 2021-22 and no Transfer T.A. is eligible to

NOTE 2 : Three Superintendents were brought back during AGT 2019-20 from outstation to Nagpur station on the ground of child studying in X/XII. These 3 officers namely Shri A.P. Parate, Shri K.S. Ninave and Shri D.D. Salodkar are liable to be posted to outstation again at their own cost.

NOTE 3: All the officers under order of transfer should be relieved so that they join their new place of posting by 09/10/2020.

NOTE 4: The posting of officers within the Commissionerate will be the responsibility of the respective Commissioners.

NOTE 5:All the officers should properly hand over/take over the details showing charge, other

pendency from/to the concerned office.

NOTE 6: All other representations in respect of transfer/retention hereby stands disposed off.
