Click on Account
Click Bill Payment
Get Started screen will be displayed
Click Get Started

Mouse over Management Tools
Click Bill Payments
Get Started screen will be displayed
Click Get Started

Adding a Bill
Click Add a Bill
Check Type of Bill to Add
Click Continue
Paying a Person
Click “enter all the information for your bill”
Enter Payee Information
Click Add Bill
Confirmation
Click Add Another Bill or Finished

Paying a Company
Enter Biller Name (Biller Phone Number for Company without an Account Number)
Click Search
If a Match is Found Select Biller (If a Match is Not Found go to Step 5)
Click Continue
MANUAL ENTRY
Click “enter all the information for your bill”
THEN
Enter Biller Information
Click Add Bill
Confirmation
Click Add Another Bill or Finished

Paying a Bill
One Time Payment
Click Payment Center
Next to Biller Name enter Payment Amount and Pay Date
Click Make Payments
Automatic/Recurring Payments
Click Manage My Bills
Select Biller Name
Check “Add an automatic payment”
Enter automatic/recurring Payment Information
Check Type of Notifications you wish to receive
Click Save Changes

Manage My Bills
Setup a Reminder
Click Manage My Bills
Select Biller Name
Check “Set up reminders for this bill”
Input desired Reminder Information
Check Type of Reminders you wish to receive
Click Save Changes

Update Biller Information
Click Manage My Bills
Select Biller Name
Check “Update biller information”
Update Biller Information
Click Save Changes

Delete a Biller
Click Manage My Bills
Select Biller Name
Check “Delete this Biller”
A Confirmation Message will pop up
If you wish to permanently delete this biller, Click OK

Click Bill History
Select Current View (List will automatically refresh)
If desired, Select Additional Options and Click GO to refresh list
