Aims and tasks :

Support the implementation of government policies regarding the educational needs of children and students from ethnic minorities.

The policy has as its framework the National Programme for school and preschool education and training 2006-2015

Developing students` skills in intercultural communication through performing culture, traditions, customs. Raising teachers' intercultural competency.

Using power of folklore, art ,culture to improve the union and the distance between students of different ethnic minorities.

Aims and tasks

Improvement their habits for understanding and tolerance.

Reduce dropping out of school Roma students and attracting them to school life.

Change public opinion through popularization project activities.

Students of Roma, Karakachan and Bulgarian origin.

Parents of Roma, Karakachan and Bulgarian origin.

Teachers from first secondary school “Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov” and teachers from a secondary school in village Zamfirovo.

All the community in Berkovitsa and the region.
