• Industrial organization that provides manufacturing and assembly processes outsourcing for large well-known companies (BSH, Schneider, Volkswagen, etc.), working towards the integration of mentally handicapped people
The challenge
• Managing diversity: 14 production centers working independently and with their own processes and systems
• Data homogenization: data cleaning, homogenization and migration from previous legacy systems and DB to OB
• HW infrastructure: although initially only 30 users would use OB, system landscape needed to be designed for > 100 users .
The solution
• Core processes modeling: core processes were modeled to provide an homogenous core that was implemented at the HQ and at 3 of the most important production centers
• Fully functional: supplying, warehousing, manufacturing, sales and economic-financial processes were implemented
• Integration: bar code readers, EDI and customer webs were integrated

• Homogenization: of the operational model of the distributed production centers
