If you’d like to have a supervisory role in manufacturing or service industries, McLennan Community College can train you to get the career you want. You’ll be prepared to step into a management position and help enhance the performance of your organization.
McLennan’s curriculum focuses on improving quality in organizations of all types using the Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma approach. This includes measuring improvements using higher-level mathematics and statistics. Graduates of this two-year program earn an Associate of Applied Science degree.

What You’ll Get
All courses are taught by a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 10 years of industry management experience. The program culminates with a Six Sigma project, allowing students to receive hands-on, real-world experience.
