Steps to configure the Microsoft outlook in Exchange mode.
1. Open the Control panel.
2. Double click on Mail icon.
3. Click on Show Profiles.
4. Click on Add button.
5. Type the Profile name.
6. Check the check button ‘Manually Configure server settings or additional server types’.
7. Select Microsoft Exchange.
8. Type the Domain Controller IP address and user name (Email ID) and click on ‘Check Name’.
9. Type the mahe\username and password.
10. Exchange mail box server will automatically detect and click NEXT.
11. Click Finish.
12. Click Apply and OK.
13. Open Microsoft Outlook.
14. Provide the mahe\username and password.
15. Select Account settings from Tools menu.
16. Click the Datafiles tab.
17. Click on OK.
18. Open the existing .pst file or create a new .pst file (Personal Folder)
19. Type the Personal Folder name.
20. Move all the mails to Personal Folder.
