Pre-EntryMedicalMonitoring

○ Extensive Training Required• Policies / Procedures / Practices• IT Applications

○ Competency Qualification• Required to be supervised in title to ensure proficiency (3 mos / 6 mos)• Final qualification / Practical testing

○ Licenses/ Certifications• Any licensing or certifications that requires formalized training and testing; cannot be obtained in a timely fashion.

○ Limited Skillsets: • Personnel who have gained an expertise which is specific to Company operations. This skillset has been developed on the job and

evolved through experience.

15

DefiningEssentialEmployees

○ Contingency Staffing Plan: evaluate the ability to combat sick absence of essential personnel as follows:• Cross-trained personnel (within group i.e. control center) • Previously held the position (personnel who previously held the essential position and have assumed another position in the

Company)• Retirees with the essential skillset (may assume role with minimal refresher training)

16

ContingencyEssentialPersonnel

○ Number of employees in title: This will be a compilation of essential personnel who currently have the position and those qualified in the contingency staffing model.

○ Sick Absence Monitoring: This will define the level of contagion. (Automated call system has been modified to offer COVID symptoms as a reason for sick absence to properly evaluate call outs.)

○ Required operational level: XX %

○ Implement sequestering when the combined normal and contingency staffing levels reach XX % of required staffing (blue sky day 100%) . However the decision to sequester may be driven by the level of contagion, latency in manifesting symptoms and duration of recovery. Essentially, do not wait for sick absence of essential personnel to drive sequestering; employ sequestering earlier in the outbreak.

○ Note: You must define what your minimum staffing model looks like (i.e. XX)
