STAND OUT Make it as personal (but professional). Tangible experiences that we could understand and relate to. !AMICABLE QUALITIES Likable and friendly. This is highly subjective but there is a range. !Qualities range from work ethic, passion and intelligence, to outgoingness and engagement. !

ONE DIMENSIONAL If asked a personality question, you were probably given the opportunity to elaborate.!This was your way to expose more of your dynamic and unique personality to us.!

TECHNICAL ABILITY

PREPARATION Do some research! Verify your answers.!PRESENTATION If you were required to bring a portfolio, make it easy to access and assess. !

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE If you didn’t have any technical ability, you should still have some general knowledge going in. This shows initiative, passion and desire to learn. !

CREATIVITY

CREATIVE OR BUST If you are given the opportunity to be creative, don’t be generic. !IDEAS THAT WE’VE PURSUED Don’t come up with ideas that we’ve already done before. !

PREPARATION If you’ve generated an idea, be prepared to discuss it in more detail. !

LENGTH If your interview ended under time, that’s probably bad!!PRESENTATION Come rested, appropriately dressed. !

BE PREPARED Arrive early. Know the location in advance. !

LONDON ONTARIO RESTAURANTS A team will be chosen and fielded within the next few weeks. Will be pursuing initiatives across Operations, Finance and Media in restaurants and venues like Jim Bob Ray’s, Joe Kool’s and others. !LEDC POSITIONS AVAILABLE London Economic Development Corporation is seeking two Projects members to work during the year on economic development work. !
