“It’s all about people and relationships”

“It’s all about people and relationships”

• What mattered to women was they wanted their partners to stay with them after the birth of their baby.

• What mattered to staff was having built up a relationship they did not want to send them home.

What did you like least about your stay?

• “Being on my own when Martin (baby's dad) going home at night.”

• “Leaving my partner, but apart from that nothing.”

• “Being separated from partner at night.”

“A small group of thoughtful people could change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

Margaret Mead
