With old methods if crane work is to be carried out, licensed scaffolders are required to modify the structure

Workstation floor section for the generator rotor is 11m long and 3 m wide

Workstation inflation is complete in approximately 5 minutes

No licences are required for personnel to erect, modify or move the Workstation

Clear sides allow adequate ambient lighting for safe work conditions

Halogen lamps are used to increase the Workstation temperature

A de-humidifier is used to control humidity for ideal generator rotor conditions

A temperature of 32o C and humidity of 40% has been maintained for over 2 weeks on the turbine deck

Additional heating can be introduced when required
