Many APhA certificate training programs are offered under license agreements with other organizations, such as state pharmacy associations, colleges / universities, and pharmacy chains. This agreement allows the organization to host the APhA certificate training programs. Registering for a Program – Below is a listing of organizations which host the APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate training program at various times throughout the year which are open to all pharmacists. Please feel free to contact any of these organizations to inquire and register for any possible upcoming programs. Inclusion on this list does not guarantee a program is currently scheduled by a specific licensed partner. Obtaining Course Material – Once registered, the host organization will provide you with access to the course materials. Cost of Program: Prices vary according to the host organization. The average cost is $350. Please Note: The APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery program is recognized in every state. This allows the pharmacist/pharmacy student to take the program in any state and the education will be recognized in his/her state of practice.
