In Italy there are lots of types of ravioli. There’s a man that is so good at making ravioli, his name is Giovanni and his surname is Rana. He even does gnocchi.
Gnocchi can be with: cheese and ham, tomato sauce, mozzarella and ham and pesto and cheese. Some of them are like squares and lots of them are different shapes.
