Aging
Six months in wooden staves.
TASTING
Is an intense wine with violet nounces and black borders. It posseses aromatic notes
of berries and perfect combination of vanilla and coffee, very well balanced with a
touch of tobbaco, and a final taste of butter produced by the aging in French oak
staves. These components make this wine a unique exponent of the variety.
In the mouth, it's distinguished by its high volume body, with sweet tannins accompa-
nied by a great intensity of aftertastes that make this variety really pleasant to perceive.
In short, it's a great wine, worthy of being evoked.
