To design and build a “platform” within given

parameters and a specific budget.

1.Has support legs2.Has an OPEN middle3.Possible cross beams to support the deck4.Free Standing5.Stable6.Able to support weight

1. You may only use the supplies provided. (craft sticks, glue gun sticks and your budget)

2. You will need to purchase your supplies and stay within your budget ($10).

3. Platform must be elevated to at least 15cm.

4. Platform must hold at least 300 grams.

5. Structure must resemble a platform, be free standing, stable, have support legs and have an open middle.

How might we design and build a “platform” using given supplies and staying within our budget?
