Violations of the ERS Exposed bolts were a huge downfall of this Playground.

Even rusty bolts were a big hit.

Beautiful walkway underneath, wobbly fall above

Improvements that can be easily made.

Fingers can be easily caught and hurt by exposed metal.

Encasing any metal contact with a substance such as rubber could prevent injuries

Violations of the ERS Bolts galore!

Too close proximity to other obstacles

Mammoth Park Playground City of Moorpark

 Had three park benches around the playground for supervision

Slides  Slide exit: 16 inches  No broken equipment such as loose bolts, missing end caps, cracks, etc.  Playground had adequate protective surfacing under and around the equipment.  Surface materials have not deteriorated.  No sharp points, corners or edges on the equipment.

  I felt around to feel how hard/rough the material was for any sharp edges.

  It seems okay, except for small areas kids’ little feet could get caught and an accident is capable of happening.
