i’m not sure if my project takes places somewhere. sometimes i’m not sure if the things i cre-ate really exist. photos are tight because they capture mo-ments. but ... if you were tak-ing a photo in the moment where you really there? i think that’s

why photography is one of my favourite and least favourite mediums, it allows you to exist and not exist at the same time.

ochanomizu is where i bought my first guitar. none of the photos are of

ochanomizu, but are just reminiscent of the feeling it felt to be there, the feeling i felt from being able to hold

something that i’d earnt.

i’d alike music to painting because of the fact that it allows me to recreate & interpolate energies, textures and feel-ings i experience everyday. every song feels like a half forgotten memory, like a dream you can only kind of remember. i love listening to others’ music because i can peep, even just for three minutes into in their experiences, emotions and thought. it’s funny, helmut newton had
