Following a first meeting, including the definitions of the expectancies, the desires and requirements, we shall organise a meeting on site in order to understand your decorative style, the choice and orientations of the colours and of the materials, but also a new layout of the premises. Etude & Conception /Studies & Design: Lors d'un premier entretien sur place sera dressé un avant-projet sommaire comportant un plan d'état des lieux, croquis et esquisse de principe ainsi qu'un estimatif des travaux par corps d'état. Après définition des besoins, priorités et contraintes techniques; plusieurs propositions seront conceptualisées sur plan. Ainsi qu'un cahier des charges détaillé par corps d'état. Dès lors, une étude comparative des différents devis ainsi qu'un planning prévisionnel des travaux comportant coordination et suivi de chantier hebdomadaire jusqu'à la réception des travaux. Following a meeting on site, one shall establish a basic Pre Project including the current layout of the premises, sketches and a basic principle drawing along with a provisional cost estimate per trade. After having defined the needs, the priorities and the technical constraints, several proposals shall be confirmed by drawings. We shall also provide a detailed specification. Then, we shall provide a comparative study of the various bids and also a provisional works schedule including the coordination and weekly site follow up until the site works reception.
