It means big thinking Thinking about thinking or what you know
or what you don’t know Examine your learner's brain processing Teachers work to guide learners to become
more strategic thinkers by helping them to understand the way they are processing information
Provide opportunity to learners to plan, recognise, and even monitor their own learning and to self-reflect along the way
It helps to boost their confidence level up and make a connect between topic and their knowledge
Sometimes also help in correcting them and their understanding towards the topic
Plan the lesson in this way- Cause and Effect Compare and Contrast Sequence and Events Problem and Solution Description A combination of text structure
Monitoring during reading Make connections, Make predictions, Make
interference and use context clues
The ultimate goal is to transfer the knowledge in the form of instructions or learning
It assures that learners will be able to successfully use these strategies well into adulthood
It helps them to think rationally, better decision maker, having better views, more emotionally intelligent, and be an ultimate leader
