Families service.
Creating a learning culture with partners
“It was great to see our students being given the opportunity to be there
and to get involved. It was also a good networking opportunity for
everyone. I had useful conversations with the Regional Lead from Skills for
Care and Community Care Inform and discovered things I didn’t know. I
shared with my team just what a good conference it was. …I also think it
is fantastic that the local authority is shifting practice with children based
on a tried and tested and carefully evaluated model. Great to see more
emphasis on prevention and ongoing support.”
“Myself and Rachel really enjoyed working with your staff in the two
workshops that we delivered. Your staff were enthusiastic, passionate
about what they do and engaged really well with the sessions asking lots
of questions to help improve understanding and outcomes for the people
that we are all working with. We came away feeling very proud of being
part of a large multi-agency team alongside your staff who are striving to
make a difference and be person centred in Middlesbrough.”
