• AkzoNobel is in pursuit of the Happy Flow.

• In 2017 the GBS’s P2P team went live with the Celonis process

mining tool, to help streamline their 2.7 million invoices, and

ameliorate the 75% of processes flowing across SAP.

• The results they have achieved so far are more than exciting, let’s

take a deeper look.
