Extraction of Iris pallida Lam. with choline-based ionicliquids
Various aq. solutions of ILs arestudied regarding the particle size ofthe rhizomes, the extraction time, the solid‐liquid ratio and theconcentration of each IL solution.Nine year old rhizomes are taken forthe experiments.The yield of irones from irisrhizomes is determined via HPLC‐UV with α-ionone as internal standard.
