The Pyramid Mall was giving incentives, rewards and other benefits to their employees as per there work.
But it is found that when
Pyramid Mall was taken over by India Bulls they have stop giving incentives to there employees. Due to which there was De-motivation among the employees
CONCLUSION
INDIA BULLS is not giving incentives, which disappointed the employees. Due to which the efficiency of worker may be diminish.
Employees are not satisfied with the facilities provided by INDIA BULLS which may also become a de-motivation for employees
SUGGESTION
INDIA BULLS have to provide good facilities to the employees.
They have to start giving incentives, to motivate the employees, which increase the efficiency of the employees.
