Where do you do food shopping?

• Most Week in big supermarkets within walking distance

• Sometimes in big supermarkets where you need to travel by car or bus

• Sometimes in other Local shops.

• Never in other not local specialist shops

The main problems for our students

1. 34% not eating enough but some others have weight problem: 31% There are in diet for weight loss

2. 53% eating the wrong kinds of food:3. 28% have members of their family that require

special diets for medical reasons 4. 51% don’t have five portions of fruit and

vegetables every day 5. 85% have almost a third of your food intake

from starchy carbohydrates (bread, cereals, potatoes, rice or pasta)?

The main problems for our students

6. 44% don’t have breakfast. (They have no time, as they said)

7. 51% don’t drink at least eight glasses of fluid every day
